For the price, the room was generally okay for a quick night, but there were a lot of problems. The room had dog hair on the carpet even though I don't have pets, grime in the corners, and some unidentified gunk on the towel rack. I hesitated to use the towels, though they turned out to be great. The building and surrounding area were barely lit, which felt unsettling when arriving late, and I worried about my vehicle. After 9:00 pm, check-in meant waiting outside at a window in freezing weather. The employees were following the rules, so I can't blame them, but I've never had to stand outdoors to check in before. The supposed continental breakfast wasn't there at all, not even coffee, despite the signs and online ad. The TV had two remotes and neither worked; the Roku remote said the internet wasn't connected. At 11:00 at night, I didn't expect a helpful staff response, especially if it meant going back to that outside window. You get what you pay for.

The room seemed like decent value, so I first left a positive review. After checkout, though, I saw we'd been charged three times for our one-night stay, plus a new pending charge each day afterward. The hotel told me to call corporate, and corporate sent me back to the hotel. Then I got transferred to a promotional line trying to sell me a vacation, which was laughable. They said the hotel manager would contact me, but that never happened. The billing problem still hasn't been resolved, and we won't stay with this hotel chain again.

We only booked here because every other hotel in town was full, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It's an older place, but our room was very clean, especially the sheets and towels, which I always appreciate. It's an affordable option I'd recommend trying. A couple of large flower pots outside could make it more welcoming from the road.

The staff made our family feel safe and were wonderful throughout our stay. We were driving from Washington to Arkansas and booked at the last minute. The outside and inside both look dated, but the room was super clean, with a queen bed, microwave, fridge, two-seat dining table, and a very clean bathroom. I'd highly recommend it.

The location is great, the price is really good, and the internet was easy to get onto with good speeds. Our room was spacious and had a Roku TV, microwave, mini fridge, big comfortable beds, nightstands, a roomy dresser, and a table with chairs. The staff were really friendly and took care of us, especially when I accidentally locked myself out.
