La Quinta Inn & Suites Grants Pass

The staff were probably the friendliest I've ever met, and very helpful. They even had warm cookies out at 7 in the evening. Breakfast the next day was plentiful, with a few hot items, too. The hotel is a bit old, though you can tell it's been remodeled. Vinyl plank flooring runs through the rooms and hotel, while the elevator and doors show more age. I definitely recommend it and would stay again. Customer service is a real strength.

We stayed twice on the same trip, and breakfast was great with lots of choices. The service workers were charming and fun to talk with. The pool and hot tub stay open all night, which I'd never come across before. If you arrive before 9:00 p.m., get the warm chocolate chip cookies. The parking lot is tucked away on top of a hill; a staff member said they hadn't had any break-ins as far as they knew. My only complaint was that some AC outlets were very loose, though they provided a large USB power block.

We found the room spacious and very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We'll stay here again when we return to visit family, and I'd definitely recommend it.

From check-in through check-out, the service was amazing. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the whole staff was kind and hospitable. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. One staff member even went out of their way to help us wrap some cereal to go. I highly recommend staying here.
