We were two very tired travelers and spent three or four hours waiting in the lobby. During that time, Mikoh was extremely helpful, professional, and incredibly kind. Minor kept offering us water through the whole wait. Even though there were no rooms available, Mikioh called at least 10 hotels on his own to try to find one for us. He eventually managed to check us in early and give us a room through the day we needed to check out. He knew the hotel policies, procedures, billing, reservations, and other limitations inside and out. Mikoh's help went beyond exceptional and made the customer service outstanding. Diana Medina made me feel welcome the whole time. She was kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed, and her warm personality and professionalism made my stay special. The suite was clean and really roomy, and we had a great stay. Kendall at the front desk was amazingly helpful, with such a caring, kind way of making you feel like the most important person in the world. Diana Medina was friendly and helpful too, quick to answer questions and help out. Thank you!

Daryl Thompson was wonderful from the moment we arrived at Embassy Suites until checkout. He managed the front desk by himself on Saturday and Sunday, worked efficiently, and kept his composure. Very professional. Diana Medina was a delight at breakfast each morning, gracious, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, well located, and easy to reach from the airport. The one downside was that our room wasn't cleaned during our four-night stay, even after we asked the front desk for service. D. Reid

The front desk service was excellent, and the food and bar were good. Diana Medina was great in the dining area. The rooms were clean, though dated, and the hotel could use upgrades. One major issue: there's no coffee in the lobby or downstairs before breakfast starts. On weekends, that means waiting until 7am.
