The staff were super friendly, and housekeeping stopped by to ask whether we needed more towels. The hotel is handy for places near the University of Maryland without being right in the middle of campus. Families or anyone needing a full kitchen could do well here. It has a standard fridge, stove, microwave above the stove, and dishwasher. Just be aware there are speed and red-light cameras all over, especially as you get closer to the university. This spot seems away from them, but traffic moves slowly around here, so take a few deep breaths. Our two-bedroom room was spacious and clean, with laminate floors instead of carpet. It can sleep eight if you use the pullout. One bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom with a standard tub and shower; the other has two queen beds and its own bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has dishes for four. Some things, including the fridge, cabinets, and toilets, were damaged, though nothing major. Breakfast is in the building where you check in, across the pool patio from the rooms. That walk wouldn't be bad in warmer weather, but it was late February and about 42 degrees. Breakfast ending at 9:30 was odd. We returned from a store at 9:40 and only cereal, juice, and coffee were left. Most places serve until 10.

Ms.Lori, the evening front desk associate, took such good care of us and handled our issues wonderfully. She went above and beyond, and her customer service is why I'll come back. Ask for Lori if you go, she'll make you feel like family. A great experience.

We're a group of 11 on a long-term visit, and this is our first time in the United States. The staff have been kind, attentive, and supportive throughout, making the extended stay feel easy and enjoyable. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and its warm hospitality has exceeded our expectations. We're very grateful and will definitely stay here again next year. Highly recommended!

I already posted a review, but it was deleted. That's too bad. The hotel is in an industrial area, and parking costs extra through PMI electronic parking, not Hilton. On day three I asked why my room hadn't been cleaned and was told I had to request service. Nobody told me that at check-in. I've cancelled all my future reservations and won't be back.

The breakfast could use more choices, and the toilet could stand to be updated. Even so, we had a pleasant stay overall. Our one-bedroom suite was beautiful, with a separate bedroom and bathroom for extra privacy, and a well-equipped kitchenette that made things more comfortable and convenient. With those small improvements, this would be an excellent choice for future visits.
