Estelle, Janazia, the manager Ashleigh, and Nina made me feel welcome and treated me with nothing but love and hospitality. The rates are extremely affordable for what they offer, and I plan to stay here for a long, long time. Thanks again to the staff at wood springs for making this such a great experience. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place for either a short or long stay.

The afternoon receptionist made getting help so unpleasant that I avoided asking for anything during her shift. I'm not sure if she's always the afternoon receptionist, but she was there throughout our stay, and those were the hours when we usually needed assistance. I may think twice before coming back because of her attitude and poor customer service. That was a shame, since the morning receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, the building was well kept despite some interior aging, and the Wi-Fi was fast. We had a nice stay otherwise, and there's a shopping center only a few minutes' walk away.

The second visit changed my mind. There were roaches, a broken cabinet, a bathroom door that wouldn't close, and cigarette smoke coming through the vents. I won't come back, and would rather pay more somewhere else for something more reliable. You get what you pay for. On my first visit things were okay. The prices are decent, they don't put any crazy holds on credit or debit cards, the service is great, and check-in is smooth. The nearby shopping center is handy, too.

The lobby coffee machine was a nice bonus, and the front desk staff were all amazing, friendly, and helpful, whether they were on the day or night shift. My room was spacious and nice, and it was quiet. I loved staying there and would definitely recommend it.
