Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greenfield, IN

I was traveling from central Ohio toward Missouri when a whiteout hit, and I hadn't made a reservation. The young Black woman at the desk on Monday, 12/1 welcomed me and made me feel like family. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could send a thank-you note, and please give her a hug from me. She made me feel valued, and I highly recommend her. I would have given five stars, but I overheard her side of a call with her manager. She had to say four times that four rooms weren't marked clean. After I asked, she said he made her feel stupid. He spoke to her so degradingly. Either he was high or drunk, because he couldn't understand what she was saying, even though I did. I hope you fire this clown and promote her.

There was a smell in the room, and it was completely disgusting. The man at the front desk was extremely weird. We also found a bedbug behind the bed. They offered us another room, then tried to deny the refund.

Avoid this place. My son paid for the room, and when I bought $4.50 worth of snacks, the worker ran two charges on my account, one for $113.50 and another for $235.20. The $235.20 was also taken from my son's account. They told me to wait and dispute it with Chime. That's bullshit. Now I'm stranded four hours from home with no money, and in two days I have nowhere to stay while I wait for their mistake to be fixed. Zero stars.

The room was modern and clean, but I found little black curly hairs in the bathroom sink, on the floor, and in the shower. Parking is tight if you're pulling a trailer.
