Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Greenfield

Anne at the front desk was personable and professional when she checked us in. Our room was extremely clean, breakfast was above average, and the little convenience store area came in handy. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I'll definitely come back.

We had to stay here for a football tournament after traveling from Ohio. Four days after our team left, they charged us $250 without telling us first. They said the kids had been too loud in the pool, along with some other random stuff. Nobody said anything while we were there. I don't think the kids were too loud, and honestly I think they were just trying to get more money out of us. If staff had a problem, they should have spoken up and we would have handled it. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's old and outdated, with a super small pool, and staff should do better, especially when people are required to stay there.

The breakfast was boiled, low-class trash, and I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. Both our room and the pool were tiny, which would be comical if I had a sense of humor. I expect better from Marriott hotels.

I've never had a worse hotel experience. Management doesn't communicate or discuss problems with customers. I had to go through Marriott corporate to get any meaningful response. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, and I'd go way out of my way to avoid this hotel or having to deal with them again.
