The city setting does mean you notice people wandering around at night, though nobody bothered us. What stood out most was how good the staff were. Ali and the night crew were great, and the morning crew was a real delight too. They communicated well and worked efficiently together. Definitely a good place to stay.

The night staff were the only bright spot, those gentlemen were extremely nice. The room was dirty, and there was virtually no water pressure. I've stayed here for three years because it used to be the best, but not this time. The elevator broke, and I was stuck inside for about 20 minutes. Management acted like it was nothing and called me a liar, making it seem as if I hadn't been trapped because I didn't ride it down to the first floor. The management was horrible, rude, and uncompassionate.

What happened to the free breakfast on the morning of 3/7/2026? There were so few options that I had to leave and buy breakfast somewhere else. Felt like I got scammed. Never again. The rooms themselves were okay.

The only thing I liked was the morning staff. The sink was clogged, just one bathroom light worked, and there were streaks on the shower wall. It took the night receptionist forever to find me another room, so I told her not to worry about it and started taking pictures to warn future visitors. Never again.

I've had much better stays here before. This time the rooms didn't feel well maintained: the microwave was rusty, the shower shelf was broken, and the water pressure was so weak it was hard to brush my teeth. On top of that, the elevator was out of service all weekend. I really hope this location puts money into the repairs it needs.
