Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro Airport

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower felt good, and thank y'all for providing so many towels. Check-in was fine; the guy told me about the $20 deposit, and I paid through Priceline. The room was decent, but it smelled like lingering smoke or a Black & Mild when we first came in. I told the front desk, and they were supposed to make a note. I brought my wax warmer to get rid of the smell. The room had no microwave, and instead of an actual mini fridge with a freezer, there was only half a mini fridge that worked poorly. The TVs were literally old 36 inch ones. The biggest issue came after we left and checked out at 9am, well before checkout time. They kept my $20 deposit and charged my card another $149. For what? I paid Priceline $94 plus change for a regular king room, then paid y'all the $20 deposit. Why was I charged $149? Now I'm in the negative and don't even understand why.

Mrs. Tracy's friendly, personable manner made my pleasant stay even better. She was warm and genuinely hospitable while staying professional. I would absolutely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

It was a bit bumpy at the start, but Tavia Smith turned things around. Her honest communication helped sort out the problems we ran into, and I really appreciated her hospitality and genuine attitude. Great place to stay by the airport!

Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro Airport feels like coming home on every visit. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was outstanding. The staff treated me with professionalism and kindness and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. This is without question the best Courtyard I've ever stayed at. Thank you to the whole team.
