Proximity Hotel

The Proximity Hotel felt peaceful and cared for, and my room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I loved the natural light and good linens. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff there were attentive. From arrival, the hotel staff were welcoming, professional, and on top of things. The modern, eco-friendly design has thoughtful details throughout. It’s close to good places in Greensboro but still feels tucked away. My stay went beyond what I expected, and I’ll definitely return. I’d recommend it for a business trip or a relaxing visit.

I’ve stayed at hotels and resorts in London, Paris, Mexico, and Jamaica, and only one resort I’ve visited was better than this stay. I loved the room, especially the deep spa tub and shower, the nice bed, window seat, and sofa. The Bistro food was really good, too. From the minute I arrived, the staff were more than accommodating with my requests and wishes. It was a dream stay, and I can’t wait to come back.

The burger was great, made with real beef, and when I asked for ice with my food order, they brought an extra drink instead. I forgot my phone charger, called the front desk, and was able to borrow one. Staff greeted me on every floor, and an employee walked the halls each night, which made me feel safe and even more reassured. The uniforms were clean and professional. My door was open when I arrived and when I left. I checked my bill several times because the service I got seemed too good for such an affordable room. The customer service was the best part of my visit.

This employee-owned hotel in Greensboro, NC is lovely and welcoming. The staff always acknowledged us coming and going. Our room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. Proximity Hotel should be high on your list.
