Holiday Inn Express Greensburg by IHG

I stayed one night in a king room with a kitchenette. The room was clean and nice, the thermostat worked well, and the shower was good. Breakfast was great, and there’s free coffee in the lobby all day. The hot tub was hot, but its jets weren’t working, which was a letdown. There was also a tack barely poking through the carpet where it meets the tile in the bedroom, and I could feel it if I stepped on that spot wrong. The location was handy, close to lots of restaurants. Aside from those issues, it was a great stay and I’d come back.

I stay here often and love the clean rooms, great service, and convenient location. There’s a sports restaurant in the same parking lot. The staff have gone well beyond the usual level of service, five stars plus. One small request since I’m a regular: they have Bigelow tea, but I wish there were more green tea choices. Thanks.

I stay at these hotels a lot for work, and they’ve all gotten lazy about breakfast and room cleaning. The shower had hair on the walls. Breakfast seems recycled from previous days, with dry fake eggs, packaged oatmeal, and milk in a small carton that was expired and tasted like vomit. This isn’t the experience they hype up. It’s basically an overpriced Comfort Inn.

We held a company meeting here and felt at home the whole time. Tasha had all the details covered before we even arrived, and communication through setup and checkout was seamless. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. Hannah at the front desk was especially pleasant throughout. We’d absolutely recommend this place and will book future meetings here. Thanks to everyone!
