Ramada Greensburg Hotel And Conference Center

Please save yourself the frustration and go to the much higher rated hotel down the road. This place was awful. The room had a musty smell, mold was growing by the AC in a hole in the wall, and it could've been much cleaner. The shuttle to the wedding we were attending was falsely advertised. Room service and cafeteria hours also didn't match the menu in the room, and the cafeteria manager was extremely rude. A fog machine in the bar set off the fire alarm overnight, and we had to evacuate. We found out this had happened before. The food wasn't good, either. Don't waste your money.

The pillows were pretty nice, and the ballroom had a cool view from our room, until the party kept our kids from sleeping. It finally ended around 11. We won't be back. The pool had scum around the edges and no towels. We had to bring towels from our room, then the front desk seemed annoyed when we asked for replacements so we could shower in the morning. The room wasn't dusted, the carpet left our socks dirty, and there was mold or mildew in the shower. Staff didn't seem to communicate with each other. Honestly, I've had better hospitality at a Super 8. I'd give it no stars if that were an option.

We had a good time at the wedding. The decor looked great, and everything was very clean. The food tasted good, though it wasn't very hot. They also skipped our bread service, and when we asked an employee about it, the response wasn't very professional. Either issue could've been a one-off, but it's something to consider.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite on September 17. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was awesome, but they were meant to serve until 11 on Sunday. They cleared everything away at 10:30 while we were still eating. The room was disgusting and smelled nasty. I had to clean dust out of the jacuzzi before using it, and there was black mold on the window, which was so bad you couldn't see out. Not sure I'll stay at Ramada again.
