The staff made our holiday visit feel like home. Carla at the lobby bar was lovely to talk with, and she even enthusiastically brought us ice each night for my husband's sore shoulder. By the end, she felt like an old friend. Andrew at the downstairs bar Spirit and Bower made us feel just as welcome, and Simon played piano in the lobby for hours every day, adding to the festive mood. My husband and I spent three wonderful days here while visiting my sister, and we adore the hotel. It’s gorgeous, overlooking Falls Park on the Reedy and its waterfall, with a mesmerizing stone fireplace open on all sides in the lobby. Thank you for making it such a special place to relax and feel cared for. We're already looking forward to next year.

We loved being able to walk to Main Street, and the view of the falls from our very clean room was beautiful. They also have complimentary bikes for guests, though they don't advertise that openly. Everyone we spoke to at the front desk gave amazing service. The hotel is stunning, with a cozy lodge feel and an upscale touch. I loved the artwork and wood pieces on the walls, and the fireplace really grabs your attention when you walk in. Our one complaint was the room temperature: it stayed warmer and more humid than the hallway, even with the air conditioning turned down low.

We couldn't use the hotel's amenities as guests. The place was packed with people from the street at all hours, so we couldn't find a chair by the fireplace even after buying $28 drinks, get into the bar, or get into the restaurant. At the price we paid, that wasn't justified for us. If the room had cost half as much, I would have given another star. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, and the service was wonderful. The room was clean, the falls view lovely, the soaps luxurious, and the enquiring was clean. But with a fancy balcony room at $600 a night, we wouldn't splurge here again.

For two or three years now, Rosa has been my go-to for luxurious, impactful facials. She's a lovely woman from Italy, with a lot of knowledge and genuine care for her clients. I always leave feeling truly cared for and wishing I could come back the next day. The Poseidon Spa is a small hidden treasure below the Grand Bohemian Lodge. The staff are kind and seem excited to have you there, and they have great products too.
