We had to bring our pup at the last minute, and I was glad the hotel welcomed pets. They even left a door hanger warning people not to let her out. Our room was spacious and clean, housekeeping refreshed it well each day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The pillows on it were too squishy, but there were firmer extras in the closet. The shower pressure was great and the water got hot right away. I didn’t hear other guests or outside noise. Breakfast was okay, with the menu changing a little daily. It was the usual eggs, waffles, bagels, fruit, grits, cereal, and similar options, plus flour and corn tortillas for breakfast tacos. The chicken tinga was pretty good. There are plenty of convenient food options nearby. My only suggestion is a designated dog potty spot. I know the pet-friendly option is newer, but taking her across the street to grass would be easier to avoid if there were a spot here. Still, it was a pretty great stay.

Parking in the garage costs extra even for Hilton members, which was the only drawback. The garage has accessible parking and the entrance is accessible. I was unsure about booking, but the moment I came inside, I felt I’d made the right choice. The building was beautiful, nicely decorated, and well kept. Breakfast went well beyond a continental spread, with both hot and cold choices. My room felt like a real studio apartment, with a fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, couch, desk, glassware, plates, and utensils. The bed was comfortable too.

Everything was spotless, and we had a beautiful view. The staff were amazing and the customer service was top-tier. Their app worked well, and there were lots of tasty hot breakfast options. Highly recommend!

Being downtown made it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions, but the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. My room, 219, was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out for comfort. The whole property felt fresh and well maintained, and the staff clearly take pride in keeping it clean. One of my best Hilton stays. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Greenville.

We came to Greenville just to explore and could walk everywhere from this hotel. The rooms were spacious, neat, quiet, and beautifully decorated, and the location was excellent. Homewood Suites will be our go-to from now on. Such a pleasant stay.
