The bar and grill are open in the evenings, with friendly staff and great service. The pool is nice, though small, and drinks after the 7pm happy hour are very pricey. I've stayed in three different rooms over the last three weeks, and there has been a recurring issue each time. Management and staff usually fix things as quickly as they can, or move me to another room, as they did once. I don't mind staying here for work when someone else is paying, but I wouldn't choose it if I had to pay myself.

The staff were friendly, and our room was taken care of on three of the four days we stayed. We had a full-sized refrigerator, which was handy for a longer stay, but that was the best part. Our two-room suite with a jacuzzi was just average, with dated appliances and a sofa in the living area that didn't pull out. The pipes were noisy, and sound carried between rooms. The pool was closed, which left our kids unhappy.

The location was convenient for several restaurants, and the place was clean. My husband and I stayed one night, and breakfast was good. My only complaint was at the snack shop: I bought a Coke with my debit card since I had no cash, then asked for a receipt and was told they couldn't print one. The woman at the desk seemed preoccupied with something else.

We'd called early on check-in day to say we'd arrive late, and got there around midnight. The person at the desk was rude and wasn't wearing an ID. The room itself was okay, but in the morning we found there was no hot water for showers. The phones weren't working when I tried to call the front desk, so we got dressed and went down. Customer service there was poor. The manager didn't seem apologetic and said there was nothing he could do about the phones. I had to ask for another room so I could shower. Disappointing stay. I won't be back.
