We arrived to find the room we were given hadn't been cleaned, and someone else was still staying there long-term. They handed us two keys, and thank goodness we didn't get hurt walking in. We booked at the last minute through Costco for the Mississippi Valley game on 8-30-25, despite usually checking reviews first. The online listing was misleading: no breakfast or pool, some rooms lacked a microwave, the fridge was nasty, the supposedly non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the clean towels were dirty, the TV didn't work, and the smoke alarm was missing with wires hanging out. I’m contacting corporate and Costco about the deceptive advertising. These run-down motels charge a lot and call themselves hotels. This place needs better owners or management, or to be shut down. I wish I could give it zero stars. You've been warned about this so-called hotel/motel dump.

They're upgrading the hotel. If I come back, I hope they'll have finished all the work.

Roaches were the thing that really stuck with me. At first glance, things seemed okay and it was somewhat clean, but my room had no chair, so I had to sit on the bed. They provided each guest just a face cloth and bath towel, plus a bath mat. Not that many people use the chairs they provide anyway.

There was a bad smell in the room, and it had roaches. The toilet kept backing up because of plumbing problems. The towels were dirty too, even though I'd brought my own towels, sheets, and blanket. I won't stay there again. They need to update the place, get better pest control, and fix the plumbing.
