The hardwood floors, comfortable beds, and how clean and safe it felt made this a much better choice for my halfway stop. I was driving from DC to SC and compared hotels around Gretna, reidsville, and nearby areas. For just $20 more than the Choice Hotels around $80 that I considered, this was so much better and worth the peace of mind. The free breakfast was the best I've had around. I'll definitely be back!

The staff were super friendly, and the rooms and facilities were clean, updated, and well kept. I also appreciated the soft-close doors. Breakfast had a good selection, though the boiled eggs on one day seemed a couple of days old or left out in the cold. They were tough and chewy.

Carroll made check-in great. She was amazing and so sweet, and the room was clean and spacious. The next morning, though, housekeeping started vacuuming loudly at 8am and knocked on my door twice. I told them I was still there. If checkout is at 11am, I feel guests should be able to stay until then. The front desk woman, Alexis, was rude when I checked out. Hampton is usually a great choice, but this place needs to learn some manners and etiquette.

From April 18 to the 20th, which is today, my son and I had a great two days at Hampton Inn. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. It's close to my son's school, Hargrave, and the coffee was the best I've had at any hotel, even after staying in many over the years. We'll definitely return. It's unfortunate that it's always full and there are no reservations available, but I'll keep an eye out for cancellations. Thank you, Hampton Inn.

Carol was fantastic at check-in, very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms are updated and very clean, prices are reasonable, and breakfast was great. The hotel is conveniently located off highway 29.
