Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Augusta Near Fort Eisenhower

The front desk staff were friendly, but the room was too dirty for me to even try staying. There were condom wrappers in the hallway, popped balloons, and crumbs around the bed.

We pulled in when rain started on the way from Atlanta. The night clerk got us checked in quickly, and our King room was clean and nice. It was also right by the interstate, so we didn't have to drive far.

I got a refund, which was the only good part of the stay. The first room had hair in the bed and a used sock; in the second, there were pee stains all over the toilet seat and blood in the shower. The rooms felt run down and unclean, and it seemed like there were no employees around. I wouldn't go here unless you want to risk a fungal infection.

Our son is graduating from his schooling with the army and moving to Texas, so we'll miss this place. This was our second stay, and once again the staff and owner were wonderful. He works right alongside the staff, too. Couldn't ask for a better spot or better people.
