Rachel planned and prepared scrumptious breakfasts each morning, with lovely presentation and flavors that exceeded expectations. Simon and Rachel were wonderful hosts, warm and attentive, and the whole stay felt welcoming. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with colorful flowers and greenery, and had plenty of places to sit and unwind: by the creek, at the fire pit on the lawn, near the double entry doors, on the side porch, or at the tables out back. Inside, the mansion-like house has roomy, elegant common areas with decor from the early 1900s, while each spacious private suite has its own theme and character. The property was meticulously maintained, and spotless, without dust or streaked windows. We loved stepping back in time and can't wait to return.

The building's history and craftsmanship are amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the bathrobe was a thoughtful extra. Simon and Rachel were such kind, considerate hosts, and we really liked breakfast and the conversation with Rachel afterward. The ambiance made it a delightful stay. We hope to come back when the weather is good for sitting outside and walking the trail to the stream.

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day stay with my husband. The Inn is in a very central spot, close to lots of restaurants and shops, and the rooms are beautiful. Barb and her husband were the best hosts, and Sunday's breakfast was AMAZING!

The nature trail was an enchanting stroll beside a beautiful stream, and the setting is lovely. The breakfast was wonderful and kept me full nearly all day, and everyone we met was so friendly. The house itself is incredible, with a fascinating history that lets you experience how the "1%" lived in the early 1900s. Inn at Ragged Edge is quieter and about 30 minutes from Gettysburg in traffic. One of the best places I've stayed. I'd highly recommend it to anyone even remotely nearby.

I only wish we'd booked more time. The owners were pleasant and accommodating, and this is a gorgeous Bed and Breakfast with a great history.
