We’re here with the family all the time because it feels like home. The beach is clean, the view is lovely, and there are food trucks and plenty for the kids to do. Memorial Day week is where things felt different this year. Last year there was a walk-up bar and three trams running more often. This time there was no bar and just one tram. They said it was because the crowds were smaller, but that didn’t seem right with occupancy at 94%.

The beach view is still amazing, and staying here is so relaxing. We come with family once or twice a year and still love it, though the place is beginning to show its age, as things by the ocean tend to do. The landscaping could use attention, and a few new activities would help keep things fun. We also miss the sushi restaurant that closed. It was phenomenal.

We prefer picking up groceries at Rouses and staying in rather than going out to eat, and that worked out great for our week with the family. I love Fort Morgan, and we had a really good time here. The beach was awesome and the pools were fun. We rented chairs, and the attendant moved us closer whenever we asked, every day. Online check-in and the rest of the transaction were very convenient. I have nothing but good things to say about the condo property and the time we had.
