Once the scaffolding came down near the end of our stay, there was plenty of parking. Our unit, 505, was clean, had strong AC, and was stocked decently for the beach. The pool water was clear too. The side units look out over the public beach access, which can get rowdy, and units ending in 05 hear quite a bit of road noise. The building was being repainted while we were there. There’s only one elevator for about 30 units, so be ready to take the stairs. Getting through the gate and across the dunes was a hassle, and we ended up using the public beach access next door instead. Some owners were at the pool. One woman glared at people and left passive-aggressive notes in the elevators and on cars. The male owners were friendly and easy to talk to. There were some obnoxious renters in another unit, so maybe tensions were running high, but that doesn’t excuse being rude to renters who follow the rules. I’d stay again, though only if sharing the $2600 per week cost with extra people.

Clean and comfortable, with a great view and a good price. A great place to stay.

A very clean, lovely place to come with family or friends and make memories. It’s a great spot for watching the sun rise and set. Stay safe while you’re here, and come back to see us.

Parking was a mess. Our rental was supposed to come with two spaces, but we had to park at a different complex and walk over. The lot here is terrible, and I wouldn’t try it with a full-size vehicle. The other owners didn’t seem to want renters around, and the HOA scheduled maintenance for the weekend. They called it an “emergency”; I’m not sure painting stucco really counts, but whatever. No need to worry about us staying here again. I’d give zero stars if the rating system allowed it.

The location is wonderful, which is why I kept giving this place another chance over the past 20 years. Every visit has been a terrible experience. The “owners” watch you constantly and complain about everything. If they have a problem, they should speak to people directly instead of sneaking around. It’s hard to respect people who act like cowards. They seem to think they’re part of an HOA, and the whole thing is honestly sad. They make everyone tense and uncomfortable. I hope they find some peace. Avoid this place.
