The sunsets across the lagoon are amazing, and the indoor pool is newly renovated and a nice option for bad weather. There’s a boat launch, fishing pier, and small sandy “beach,” plus a good spot to kayak from. Management lives onsite and handles issues, and the dead end street means fewer people passing through. It’s a family-friendly condo away from the busy beachfront, almost like a hidden gem.
This condo on Little Lagoon was so peaceful and beautiful that I don’t think I’ll stay gulf front again. We watched both sunsets and sunrises mainly from the patio. It had everything we needed and works well for seniors with mobility issues. It’s not a long walk to fish, and the cleaning station is right there too. Just great!
It’s a peaceful spot that’s still close to everything, and just perfect for enjoying the lagoon. There’s plenty to do out on the water, from fishing and kayaking to boating or meeting friends at the nearby sandbar. Boat ramps and fish cleaning stations aren’t common at condos, but this place has both. A real hidden gem in Gulf Shores.
Inside and out, it’s a beautiful residence.
