I had a terrible experience with Cool Breeze and won’t use them again. I asked for a two-day extension on my final payment, but got the runaround trying to speak with someone about moving the due date. The first time I called, they didn’t look into it. When I reached someone a second time and explained that three other departments had sent me to them, she put me on hold to see what she could do. They did agree to move the date from 5-27-26 to 5-29-26, but then tried to discredit me by saying I’d tried to cancel. I was only exploring options to postpone my date. Afterward, they sent several messages, but none with options to help me keep my reservation. When I decided to use Alabama Beaches, they made me feel unwelcome. I’m taking my family to another beach.
