Crystal Shores West 707 by RedAwning

Unit 802 was amazing. Michael, the owner, sent excellent instructions by email and stayed in touch whenever we needed him. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and it had anything we could possibly need. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins, the view was breathtaking. We can’t wait to return. We booked a two-bedroom condo and had a good experience with the staff too. The man in the office, whose name I didn’t get, was very friendly and helpful when we spoke a couple of times. Another staff member was also extremely nice and helpful, and made a point of greeting us every day. Everyone was courteous and welcoming at Crystal Shores West.

We really liked the condo, it was clean, cute, and had a great view of both sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the appliances worked well. The sliding glass doors were a little hard to open, but otherwise it was very nice. The indoor pool was really heated, which we loved because the weather was unseasonably cold during our stay. The beach was easy to get to, and getting in and out of the parking lot was simple. I’d definitely stay again.

The view was beautiful, and despite all my complaints, I had a very enjoyable time. I’ll keep the memories close. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was better than the regular beds. The twin bed seemed to slope downward, though I’m not sure if it was broken. Parking was awful when full. About 90% of the garage spots were marked reserved, and the few tight spaces left were likely taken too. As summer winds down, more spaces open up. I could walk to food and shopping in about 30 minutes, but I couldn’t find a grocery store nearby. The security guy was very friendly and always had a positive attitude. The elevators were painfully slow. I could wait almost three minutes, maybe longer, for one, only for it to arrive full. They also always smelled disgusting, and one made freakish noises going up and down. Checkout at 10 AM was a poor feature, and the cleaners would wait outside the condo for an hour or more until we left, so you’d probably feel bad if you took your time. The pool was a little small but fun, and the hot tub worked beautifully.

We had the best week, and our boys had a great time. Room 1207 didn’t disappoint. It was clean and had everything we needed. They owe us nothing, and we’ll be back.
