Crystal Tower 1901 2 Bedroom Condo by RedAwning

We stayed in 1301, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The master bedroom was amazing, and the place was fully stocked. We’re definitely coming back for another week!

For $1,300 for four nights, I was pretty disappointed. The white couches were torn up, their cushions didn’t fit, and they had stains all over. Both bathtub stoppers were broken and left out in the shower. The TV remotes had no batteries. The two closets by the entrance were full of stuff people had left, scattered across the floor. It wasn’t very clean. The bed that was supposed to pull out from underneath the other one was broken and wouldn’t come out, so it couldn’t sleep six as advertised. Not happy with this place.

I didn’t want to leave this condo. The beach view is great if you’re above the 10th floor, and there’s a nice balcony for watching the surf. The bedrooms were nice, and the kitchen was very clean and well stocked. There are three pools and two hot tubs. I’d recommend it to anyone.

We’ve spent well over $30K here over the years and love the patio area by the pool. But today we were told food isn’t allowed down there. We’ve eaten there every afternoon for 15 years and always cleaned up after ourselves. The security lady was also going around bothering guests to check that they didn’t have food. It felt extreme. A lot of guests said they wouldn’t come back after the abrupt policy change and the way they were treated. The elderly security lady just said, “those are the rules.” This used to feel like a family-friendly place, but now it’s disappointing and feels like somewhere you have to walk on eggshells. Please take care of the guests who support these units. I hope this gets fixed.
