The building is older, and you can see its age in both the units and common areas, though it’s clean. The beach view is great, and the fairly low price makes it good value.

Great spot, and the place is nice and clean. The management company communicates very well.
The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the third-floor views were excellent. It looked upgraded, and the elevator worked every time. Beach access was at the back of the condo, through the pool and up a short ramp. There was a rinse-off shower and a single bathroom by the pool, which made it easy to clean up. The only downside was the rowdiness from people above us.
Our condo was beautiful, and the view was amazing. There’s no balcony, but I can live without one for this price and location. I believe Vacasa manages the place, and they were great. We had a great stay, and I’ll definitely come back and recommend Edgewater west.
The beachside location is nice, and there’s a private pool for guests. The units are individually owned and furnished, so I’m not sure how much the building itself handles maintenance. We returned to room 95 yesterday, six months after our first stay, and it was in better shape this time. The shower still leaked and caused mold around the drain, though the loud, shaky ceiling fan I forgot to mention before had been fixed. The beds were a little stiff, but we slept fine. On our first visit, one bedroom hadn’t been vacuumed properly and there were spots of mold in the shower. Still, the room was perfectly livable for a week, and it’s right on the beach.
