Grand Beach Resort Unit 313

The balcony view was beautiful, and having beach access just across the road was so convenient. By the pool there were hoses to rinse the sand off, and the pool and hot tub were both really nice. My husband and I spent the past week in this beautiful condo and loved our stay so much that we were sad to go home. The bed was very comfortable, everyone was kind and easy to work with, and we were completely impressed with our first condo stay after usually choosing hotels. I made a video for family, then realized I’d forgotten to take pictures, so I had to grab some screenshots. We hope we can come back.

We really enjoyed the unit and our stay. It was very clean, with a great view, newer appliances, and awesome decorations.

We booked unit 313 for our vacation and were very happy with it. It was our first time renting a condo, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but the hostess went above and beyond. The place was extremely clean, with amazing ocean and beach views, and you could see the flag from the balcony. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. There was a fridge and freezer for groceries, a stove for cooking as much or as little as we wanted, and delivery services would bring orders to us. Shops and restaurants were close by. The TVs were great, and we could sign in to our own accounts like Prime or YouTube. They also provided a starter pack with toilet paper, paper towels, Dawn, dishwasher pods, and washing machine pods. One day, the hostess contacted us about pest control needing to come in. They hadn’t known about it until property management told them, so it really wasn’t the hostess’s fault. A few things could be better: the booking photos made it look like the condo was right on the beach, but it was across the street; the pool could’ve been warmer; and the bathtub stopper was hard to figure out, especially with kids. I’d also suggest blackout curtains since morning light came into the master bedroom. We loved the place and hated leaving. We’ll look for it again when we come back.

People around here are friendly, and there’s plenty to do nearby. I only drove my car 100 miles, most of that to the grocery store. The ocean view is so great you can wave at it and it’ll wave back.
