Gulf Shores Plantation 4206 2 Bedroom Condo by Redawning

My wife, our 5 year old son and I loved the quiet, out-of-the-way feel here. Gulf Shores can get busy, so being off the beaten path was a real plus. We had fun on the beach with our kid, and this place seems to draw families. There were no parties and hardly any rowdy college kids. A big part of how good our trip was came down to staying at the Plantation Condos. There are several great places to eat, two on the property or golf course and three next door in the Village/Beach club. We only went down to the Strip once in our four days. If you’re into the touristy spots, they’re still a short drive away. We loved how secluded it felt. Two photos show the Village/Beach Club during the day and at night. One evening we watched a fireworks show at the Village from our front porch. And the beach is wonderful.

The room was roomy and really nice, and my family and I were comfortable there. It was only about 2-3 minutes from the room to the beach and pools. The restaurant was a nice bonus, and the food at the Sassy Bass was delicious. We’re already trying to plan another stay next summer. Do yourself a favor and book it!

A wonderful Fort Morgan spot for a beach vacation. The grounds are always spotless and beautifully kept. You can see the people working hard in the heat to keep everything looking so nice. Kudos to them for all that effort!

The beaches were awesome, but our condo was so dirty when we arrived that we swept and mopped before starting our vacation. For four days, the people upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants.
