Lagoon Landing 303 1 Bedroom Condo

From the start, we felt questioned and harassed. We live in another time zone and arrived an hour early, so we sat in the picnic area for a snack. A woman came over asking why we were there, whether we were really staying, and whether we knew my registered service dog wasn't allowed. After that, the HOA president kept bothering us. They tried to get us evicted and to make me pay a fine. I spent the whole visit trying to prove myself, and the president watched from his balcony whenever I walked the dog. We'd stayed at this complex for five years with my service dog and never had a problem. I accidentally called the HOA president at the complex next door, and he was such a nice man, nothing like the rude one at Lagoon landing. We'll book there from now on. I ended up leaving this place three days early because I couldn't take it anymore, and had the worst anxiety attack I'd had in over three years.

Our stay in 303 at Lagoon Landing was so easy, thanks to the kind folks at Gulf Sands. The condo was clean and comfortable, close to both the lagoon and the beach. We loved it and plan to come back.

There’s a pier with swings, plus a nice spot to fish or grill. The condos are really nice too.
