We can’t recommend this place. We paid over $1,000 for a five-night Spring Break stay, and what followed was a nightmare. We got there around 9 pm. The room looked clean, so we unpacked, but when everyone went to shower, we found there was barely any water pressure in the bathrooms or kitchen. The showers didn’t work, and it took 15 minutes to fill the tub enough for a bath. Around 11:30 pm, we were getting ready for bed before our first full beach day and found body hair, dirt, and yellow stains on the sheets. The pillows had no protective covers, and their cases had blood spots and other stains. Since it was late and we were exhausted after a seven-hour drive, we stripped the bed and used our kids’ comforter to sleep on until morning. The room was also too warm: the thermostat read 76 even though we’d set it to 70. We reported the air conditioning, sheets, and water pressure to the manager that night. The next morning she brought sheets, but we had to wash them ourselves, and the stained pillowcases were unusable. We spent half the day washing and drying bedding. The comforter wouldn’t fit in the washer, so we bought a new one and new pillowcases, plus washcloths for bathing. When we cooked dinner, the kitchen sink backed up and bubbled whenever we used the dishwasher, nearly overflowing. The garbage disposal didn’t work either. Maintenance came to fix the air conditioning leak, but we had no AC for 24 hours while it was 80 degrees outside. Don’t waste your vacation time or money here.
