We just moved in and couldn’t be happier. The unit feels high quality, with nine-foot ceilings and upgraded door and floor moldings. I believe the property began as condominiums, which is why it’s built to a much higher standard than apartments. The staff are so nice and helpful. Our agent Bre stayed by our side through the whole process and made moving in a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a new home, stop by One Club. It might be just right for you too.

The ongoing cockroach problem never seems fully resolved, which is unacceptable in a place we pay to live. The worst was going three weeks without a refrigerator. All of my wife’s stored breast milk spoiled, and that had a real impact on our family. Management’s lack of urgency was shocking. The steps to our unit were allowed to deteriorate until they became a real safety hazard. The golf course is consistently in poor condition, and that reflects wider maintenance problems across the community. Upkeep often seems low on the priority list, and there doesn’t seem to be consistent staffing to care for the amenities properly. Living at One Club has been one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve had. It’s advertised as a “top” or “best” apartment complex, but that doesn’t match our experience and makes me question how accurate those reviews are. Poor maintenance, slow responses, and no urgency around problems affecting residents’ daily lives have become a pattern. If I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you’re okay dealing with things that shouldn’t happen in the first place.

When I first came to ONE CLUB, Carly was a godsend and helped speed up my move-in. She was so amazing to my daughter and me. I was upset about my situation, and she even offered to sit with me during her lunch. She really makes you feel like family. Chester recently joined the team, and he’s extremely energetic. He’s made delicious sandwiches for 45 restaurant for lunch and has fit in with my community friends. I’m excited to see what he brings to ONE CLUB.

I’m currently living here, and given my circumstances it’s been a refreshing place to live. The staff and amenities are great, and my time here has been very pleasant. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place in the area.

My son and daughter-in-law moved here a few months ago, and I love it. It’s very clean, with lots of amenities: a heated adults-only pool with a Jacuzzi, plus another pool where kids are allowed. There’s also a weight room, restaurant and bar, pickleball court, kids’ playground, dog park, and doggie spa, just to name a few. The grounds are clean and manicured, and the golf course is an added bonus. I’d highly recommend it if you’re apartment hunting.
