The house was a great fit for five families, 25 people altogether, and the location right on the beach was great. We paid to have the pool heated, but it wasn't warm. After we reported the problem, the pool guy came the next day to turn it back on, as we were told, but it didn't seem to warm up much. Wi-Fi worked fine on the main floor and wasn't very good on the second or third floors. Still, we had a great stay overall.

The pool was crystal clear, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds, linens, and furniture were comfortable and in very good condition. We just came back from our second stay at the Pearl, and the house has been well maintained over the past six years. The maintenance company handling check-in, check-out, and other issues responded quickly to our requests, and we got immediate results. We'll definitely rent the entire Pearl again for family reunions. See you in four years!

The view and amenities were beautiful, and everything was so comfortable. My whole family stayed almost a week, and it was more than we could have imagined. We made amazing memories. I was on the top floor, so the small elevator was definitely a plus, though sometimes it didn't work and there were a lot of stairs. All in all, I'd go back every year if I could!

The place is nice everywhere but the bedrooms. Those beds were so hard they hurt my body, and I hated lying down. I was in so much pain I even had to get a massage. Everyone complained about the beds. Fix them and you'd get five stars from me.

A fantastic mansion right on the beach, with a great pool and 20 rooms. It can also be split into two 10-room places, each with its own elevator. There are two elevators in total.
