The place is nice and well kept, but the office staff are very unprofessional and seem to profile people they don’t know. The HOA president gets special treatment too. No one else is allowed to park in that lot, and each house has spots for only two cars. If your kid has a car, they’ll tow it for parking there. They towed my vehicle on Easter night after I let my company park in my driveway because they were too impaired to drive. The pool and facilities are poorly maintained and have been closed since March, even though other places have reopened their pools. Read the HOA fine print before renting or buying there.

We own here and have nothing but good things to say about Regency Club and the management. They’re always available and responsive when we have needs or concerns. I highly recommend Regency Club to anyone looking for a place near the beach.

Close to everything, but away from the middle of the crowd. Great location.

A very nice condo community with lots of amenities. It’s managed well and well taken care of.
