We stayed in 12C for the second year in a row and loved its cozy, welcoming feel, clean rooms, updated floors and bathrooms, and beachy decor. Sandpiper Condominiums is a peaceful family spot right on the beach, close to main streets and places to eat. There are palm trees beside the building, which add to the calm setting. Each condo has its own outdoor entrance and a nice seating area for morning coffee. The units have full kitchens and their own washer and dryer. There’s a spacious heated pool, a grill area, and plenty of parking beneath the building to keep the car cool. Although it’s only three stories, there’s an elevator, and a free dolly makes loading and unloading easier.

We loved the upgraded appliances, very comfortable beds, and nice furniture. There were plenty of dishes, and having a washer and dryer was a blessing. The grill, elevator carts, and security services were the icing on the cake. We’ve already planned next year’s vacation for a longer stay, and we’ll let the boys join us at the end.

A nice, affordable stay for the family. It could use outlets in the parking lot for charging EVs. Even 120V would be fine, since most guests stay for an extended time.

The condo was clean and right on the beach, with a very nice pool and a beautiful view. We had an amazing time.
