We’ve stayed here twice and plan to keep coming back. The pools are clear and clean, and the short walk from the parking lot to the beach is about a hundred yards. The lagoon and inlet nearby also make this a popular spot for fishing, and there’s a handy fish-cleaning setup on the pier. We like being away from most of the high-rise condos, so the view stays open. The beach and lagoon are both easy to reach, and Walmart is about 10 minutes away, with a general store around 5 minutes away for basics. The kitchen has the essentials, though salt and pepper usually aren’t provided. A couple things to know: there are no elevators, so expect to climb two to four flights of stairs. That’s fine for us, but we don’t have mobility issues. You’ll also need to bring toilet paper beyond what’s supplied for the first day, plus garbage bags, dish soap, and any detergent you need. The pools aren’t heated. We’ve enjoyed the location, the service, and the people we’ve met here.

We stayed in D206 and had a really comfortable visit. The unit was nicely decorated, beautiful, and had everything we needed. There were even hangers, which I love having so I can unpack and hang my clothes as soon as we arrive. The owners clearly want guests to feel comfortable, and we’d happily come back. The view takes in both the gulf and the lagoon. Sea Oats is on the quieter, two-lane stretch of road, but still close to shops and other entertainment. Our friends own a condo here, and we’d definitely recommend staying at Sea Oats, especially in D206.

The beach is just across the street, and it’s only a short walk from the condo. I also loved having a green area by the bay where I could walk my two dogs, since that matters a lot when I’m choosing a place to stay. The carpet in our unit was a bit old. If the owner replaced it with tile, I’d give the place five stars. I forgot to take photos, but I’d still come back. Great location, and I love these condos.

Our unit was an updated two-bedroom, two-bath place, and parking seemed plentiful. There’s also a pool in the middle of the property. It’s a nice, mostly quiet location, just across the street from the beach and about three and a half miles from downtown.

The lagoon was my favorite part, especially for fishing and watching the birds. One bird I photographed is always around, and his name is Walter. I know lots of people love the beach, but I didn’t spend enough time there to take pictures. If you want two pools with both a beach and lagoon an easy walk away, this place fits.
