The rental company was helpful, but they shouldn’t have needed to intervene so many times. Our condo wasn’t cleaned properly: the floors had to be cleaned again, the bathroom needed attention, and there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The air return was very dusty. The disposal didn’t work at first, though it was fixed. We only managed to use the pool once. With kids, having a pool matters, even on a beach trip, but it was clear only on our arrival day and stayed that way all week.

We had an ocean-facing view, which was a real treat. The place was clean and everything worked as it should. We’re planning to return regularly in the years ahead.

We were in 801, and the condo needs a lot of TLC despite being in a great location. It was filthy when we arrived and smelled like trash and wet dog. After sweeping and cleaning the floors, we noticed dust all over the vents and the walls around them. There were seven of us, and the shower didn’t work the first night. Luckily, the maintenance man came the next day and was awesome.

We’ve stayed here many times and used to have great visits. The quiet beach and location were a big part of why we came back. This year will be our last, though. Our room was extremely dirty, with scuffs all over the walls and trim. The floors had so much dirt and sand that we wore shoes or socks the whole time. We got an email a week before arrival warning of building construction. It started at 7:30 AM every morning and continued into the late afternoon. Workers took up many parking spots, leaving paying guests with very few and forcing some to park across the street. Other condos nearby are much cleaner and better maintained, so we won’t return.
