We're here for the weekend now and having an awesome time. Everyone's so kind and helpful. On my first visit, I'll never forget how the woman at the front desk helped when my hypoglycemia kicked in: she gave my husband a big glass of orange juice and some snacks so I could get my sugar back up. I'll stay here whenever I come to Gulf Shores and would recommend it to everyone. God bless!

We made a last-minute family trip, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. Our room was clean, breakfast was good, and they had hot waffles. The price was reasonable and it's close to the beach. I'd recommend staying here.

We got a refund and found another hotel across the parking lot after arriving to find a very dirty room with one bed and lights that didn't work. They also wanted to charge us for hurricane insurance, even though it wasn't hurricane season, and a safe fee. I'd rather sleep in the parking lot than stay there.

We found a room at the last minute during Shrimp Fest, and the price was good, not too expensive. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we'd stay again. One thing we noticed: the hotel name had changed, but the sign still had the old name.
