We had a great three night stay in 101a. It was tidy, smelled lovely without being overpowering, and the pool stayed very clean. The beach is right there, and getting to the property was easy. Outside, the showers, bathrooms, and grill were handy. There are also lots of nearby options, from a cinema and food spots to ice cream. We had fun at Longhorn steakhouse, The track, and Tropic Falls water park and amusement park. The waves were fantastic, the sand was clean, and we had a wonderful time. Just a heads up that the purple flag was up the whole stay, and lots of people get stung by jellyfish and stingrays, though I know the property can't control that. For a family of six staying three days, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one kitchen paper roll, and one trash bag weren't enough, and they were cheap quality. Taking out the trash is understandable, but the dumpster was a long way off. The host and cleaning fees were almost $500, about 40% of the stay cost, and having to clean everything or face extra charges felt a little ridiculous with fees that high. Even so, honestly, I'd book again.

We stayed in # 705 and had a great time. The condo was clean and everything worked well, with a fantastic view right over the gulf. We had an assigned parking spot, and beach access was right outside by the condo pool. It was great.

We loved our stay in Tropic Isles, Condo 801. From the balcony, the views were breathtaking, and the location was great. The condo was clean, with two bedrooms and two full baths, and the property seemed well managed and maintained. We'll definitely be back!

I stayed here through Airbnb, and it was fine. The balcony view and beach access were both great. The elevator was out for two days, which wasn't too bad for me on the second floor, but it seriously inconvenienced older or disabled guests and anyone staying higher up.

We've stayed here twice and rented the condo through Sunset Properties. It's a simple, nice setting, right on the beach, with a pool. The building is only eight floors, with three to five condos on each, so it feels uncrowded. One quirk is that you have to drive past the parking lot and make a U-turn to get into it. We'd stay again.
