Charming Gulfport Getaway Only 3 Blocks to Beach!

I loved relaxing on the front porch swing, and you can see the water from the balcony. The Guest House at Gulfport Landing is close enough to walk to the beach. It's beautifully decorated, very clean, and the rooms are comfortable. Jason is friendly and hospitable, and goes out of his way to make sure guests have what they need. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every day. The locally made soaps in the bathrooms were a nice little touch. You can't get this kind of comfort and quality at a plain hotel. If we're ever back in the area, this is the first place we'll check for a reservation. Highly recommend it, and Jason is an excellent cook!

I was so impressed that I booked a second night. The building is charming and full of history, and it comes with a full breakfast cooked fresh plus free bikes to ride around town. Mrs. Kathy gave us the most amazing hospitality and customer service. The guest rooms and amenities were lovely, and the people who own and run the place are kind and caring. I love this B&B and will definitely come back to the Guest House on my next trip to Gulfport. It's the most beautiful place I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.

Breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean, nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a really spacious bathroom. For the room quality and service, the price is incredible. The location is great too, just a two-minute ride from downtown restaurants and a minute from the island casino. There are two bikes to use and a rear parking lot with space for five vehicles, so you don't need to park on the street. Jason was super cool from the first call. We were hanging out after lunch and asked about checking in early. He said it was no problem and that we could leave our stuff while he finished preparing the room. He also showed us around the beautiful house and knew a lot about local architecture and the history of the buildings. I'll absolutely stay again when I'm in Gulfport with my wife.

The breakfast was my favorite part, especially after doing the romance package with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and breakfast in bed. Ms. Cathy even went out of her way to get a tea stain out of my brand new white dress when we arrived. The Guest House team made our getaway memorable. It's the best bed and breakfast I've stayed at, and I've been to many. It was my husband's first time at one, and he was impressed too. The house was clean and stocked with water, tea, and drinks. We could store leftovers in the fridge, and there was parking at the rear. Our spotless room had all the small touches, including handmade soaps in the bathroom.
