Comfort Inn & Suites Crystal Inn Sportsplex

After a long day riding my motorcycle, Chasity's sweet smile was a welcome sight. The clean room and very good breakfast are the two things that will keep bringing me here when I'm traveling. The hotel is in a good spot away from traffic, and the price was affordable. Chasity also recommended Dennys, just a short walk away, where I had a great hot meal. I'd recommend stopping here.

On Thanksgiving Day, November 27th, 2025, Chasity was the first person we saw when we came in, and her bright smile made the place feel welcoming right away. She helped us quickly and kindly, told us some of her favorite things about the hotel, and made it feel like a place where people care. We're grateful for her warmth on a day meant for gratitude. She gave our holiday a lovely start. She's the sweetest! 💛

My company covered a few nights here after my car broke down nearby. It’s a pretty standard budget hotel, with clean rooms and a fairly safe area. I had a good experience overall. Just keep in mind it's a budget place, so don't expect a lot and you won't be disappointed.

We checked in and left right away. The room had holes in the wall and smelled of mold and mildew, and the toilet seat was so gross I had to wipe it before sitting down. There was black mold on all the air conditioners throughout the hotel and in the room. The online pictures were nothing like the actual room. The front desk didn't even ask why we were checking out, he just knew. He said the manager would call me, but nobody did. This place has no way of passing inspection. The health department needs to do its job. I have photos, but Google won't let me post them, so I'll hand them over to the health department.
