There were ten families in our group, with ten condos rented, and all of us were upset by how rudely the residents treated us. It seemed like a lot of the older people there were owners, and they made renters feel unwelcome. We paid a fortune for a week and were treated very poorly. I wouldn’t stay here again. Be prepared to feel unwelcome if you use the gym, pools, or lobby.
I stayed at Legacy Towers ll, 1003, in Gulfport, MS from October 16 -20, 2020. The listing said the condo slept six with the sofa sleeper, but it was broken. They already knew it had been broken for two months and rented it to us anyway. I was told they knew the condo would only sleep four and had submitted the issue to the owner. Maintenance came to inflate an air mattress, but it wouldn’t hold air, and it made for a horrible vacation. I was told to contact the Manager, Jacqueline Wilson. I called several times and left messages, but she never returned my calls. I don’t recommend making reservations with Biloxi Beach Rentals. The staff are inconsiderate and don’t care about customers. Happy
The one drawback is having to cross the street to reach the beach. There are other beaches with parking just a few minutes away, though. The location is central, food choices are fantastic, and the staff are friendly. The property is well maintained, and it’s a great place. We’re booking again before we leave.
The facility is beautiful, with great amenities and staff. Highly recommend!
The people working here were just rude. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
