Seabreeze Manor Inn

Michael and Marie were professional and made sure we had a great experience. We appreciated that. The place is beautiful, very clean, and clearly well maintained. The food was excellent too, and the beachfront dining came with a great view. We’re planning to go back soon, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

The Aruba room had a quaint, vintage feel, though everything seemed new. It was immaculate and very spacious, and check-in and checkout were easy. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

The location is handy, right across from the beach and a nice park/rec center, with good restaurants and nightlife nearby. But our room, Aruba, is right in the middle of the kitchen, dining area, and public restroom, and is used by staff and diners. Thin, old-looking windows face the main dining room. We could hear breakfast being prepared, diners talking, and then the cleanup and staff conversations afterward through the walls. The public restroom is just outside the room. When we stepped out, staff or diners were often waiting there, and people could see into the room and look at whoever was inside because the bed is right by the door. It made us feel like we were on display. We asked the owner about moving to another room, but when my wife complained about the noise from flatware being rewrapped for the next morning and staff conversations on the other side of the wall, one of the young men working there snapped, “This is also a restaurant, and if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else.” The owner was calmer and said he hadn’t known about the noise or how uncomfortable the room was, even though there’s a Google review here about the same issue. He said he’d speak to the employee about his impertinent advice to my wife. We found other lodging and followed the young staffer’s insolent advice.

We loved our stay at Breeze Manor Inn in Gulfport, FL. It’s a charming family-run place, and the care they put into it comes through. Everyone was warm and kind. The location is great, just across from Gulfport beach, and some rooms look out over the water. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom felt surprisingly modern and recently updated. We also appreciated that the inn welcomes dogs, not just permits them. We had a relaxing, comfortable stay and will be back. Try the Breeze cafe for breakfast too, it was delicious.
