OYO Hotel Guymon OK US-54

The front office staff were extremely rude and treated me like an idiot when I asked for a price list. I thought I’d already paid the security deposit when I booked by phone, but they insisted on charging me $50 more. It completely ruined my trip. I won’t return unless they teach their workers some manners.

The door jambs made the door hard to open and close. There was only half a roll of TP in the bathroom, and the room was worse than I expected, even though I didn’t expect much for the price. You should be able to open and shut a door easily. I was also charged more than the Price-Line quote, which already included taxes and other fees. I complained and got no response. Price-Line sucks too.

For the price, it was just what you’d expect, nothing fancy, but clean and secure. We didn’t get in until 2 in the morning, and the staff were waiting for us in the lobby. The customer service was very good.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the only room available was for smoking and it wasn’t very clean. Everything, including our clothes, ended up smelling like smoke. I wouldn’t stay again.
