I stayed there from 02/09 until 02/15. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle, and contact me directly. I can personally give you the times, dates, and names of the people who "run" this facility, along with their "wonderful" business practices. I can also connect you with other tenants, owners, and foreign investors. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.

They were awful to deal with. After taking my application, they held onto it for a week while showing the properties to other renters. Once they found somebody they liked better, they called to deny me. I had told them I needed to move quickly, but they didn't even have the decency to let me go sooner so I could look elsewhere. Jerks.

I've been to Southern dunes ten times now, which says it all. Lovely place, superb course, and a great restaurant.

A nice Airbnb place to stay. I'd recommend it, 100 percent.

A really nice, quiet place, with plenty of shops nearby.
