The people made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, including reception and security. Mohamed from security was especially friendly and helpful. The company we booked through, Room 305’s, also did a great job. They checked in regularly, and anything that needed attention was handled quickly and professionally. I’d happily book with them again and recommend them to family and friends. We had a wonderful stay with our baby. The place felt very safe, and we loved the beautiful ocean view, pool overlooking the water, well-equipped gym, and beach with chairs and umbrellas.

I never spent a single night here, but I was still charged $453 and refused a refund. When I arrived for my weekend booking, the hotel told me about extra fees that hadn’t been mentioned when I booked. I asked for my money back and was directed to Bookings.com. They first said I’d get a full refund and needed to email the property, then put me on hold and hung up. When I called again, they blamed “technical issues” and disconnected me again. I also contacted the hotel by phone, email, and in person, but they wouldn’t refund me. After reading reviews and seeing how dirty the rooms are and how customers are treated, I don’t think the stay is worth the price. With all the money y’all are robbing from people, you should be able to afford better management and cleaner room service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not even that nice. Book a Marriott or Holiday express for better service and cleaner rooms, and don’t book with Bookings. Terrible service all around.

The location is the one thing this place has going for it. You’re basically paying to look at the water. The building is old and poorly maintained, and things in my room were falling apart, including the towel holder and shower knob. The floor felt dusty all day. They control the A/C, so it was very hot during the day and very cold at night. This was nowhere near a luxury resort experience. Service was awful too. Nobody wanted to help, and every staff member seemed to have a bad attitude. The front desk expected us to bring back used towels and linens to get clean ones. It felt like Spirit, with a low room price padded by hidden hotel, parking, and other fees. Absolutely zero stars from me. I’d take the Hampton Inn over this place. You couldn’t pay me a million bucks to stay there again.

I’ve been staying here for a few months and have mostly enjoyed it. Daniella is especially lovely, always cheerful, helpful, and in a good mood. Our 29th-floor room has a great Intracoastal view, plus a bit of ocean view that I hadn’t expected. The elevator is usually quick on weekdays, with hardly anyone in it when I get on. It slows down a little at busy times, which is normal. There are lots of restaurants close by, Walmart is across the street, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Nice property and views. I’d stay here again.
