SuperB Hamburg Motel

I was disappointed by how the housekeeping manager treated us during our family weekend. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower, and the room could have been cleaner. We asked a woman from the housekeeping management team, an older woman with brown hair and glasses, to help because it seemed like our sheets had been reused instead of washed. We never got any service. She wasn't welcoming or friendly and had a very distasteful attitude. She didn't try to resolve any of the problems we raised about the room.

We were in town for a cousin's wedding and had a great stay. They let us check in early, which we really appreciated after a red-eye flight. The place is up to date, the breakfast was as good as it gets, and it's very convenient to Route 5. We'd happily book again. This shouldn't be listed as a two-star hotel; it's easily a 3.5-star place.

Good breakfast, and right off the highway. There are ten level-two EV chargers, which is handy for overnight charging. The rate was a little high, but the convenience may make it worthwhile.

Everyone was polite, from the front desk ladies to the lawn care takers, and customer service was a 10/10. This was my second stay. The only downside was that they were spreading fresh mulch that day. As soon as you stepped outside, the whole area smelled like manure, so strongly I felt sick. It wasn't like that on my first visit.
