Town Walk at Hamden Hills

Townwalk Dr feels like home, and I’m grateful to live here. The community is peaceful, welcoming, and well cared for. The amenities are great, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and they add to the comfort. It’s a lovely mix of convenience and comfort.

The thin or poorly sealed walls and vents let my neighbors’ cooking smells come straight through. I could constantly tell exactly what they were making, and eventually my clothes and closets smelled strongly of their food. The construction quality is really poor. If you want a clean-smelling home with privacy, look elsewhere.

We’ve only been here about three weeks, so far so good. I’ll update as we stay longer, since I find reviews helpful when choosing where to live. Our loft-style Warner West is cool and spacious, with amazing natural light. The east side is peaceful, and we love the dog park. People around the neighborhood are friendly and say hello even when they don’t know you. Management is quick to respond to repairs, and our liaison Janet is the best. One caution: the rental agreement is very thorough, and not in a good way. Basically, everything seems to be your liability and fault, so know what you’re signing up for. Hopefully things keep going this way 🙂

The property is beautifully kept, and it’s been a pleasant, comfortable place to live. The staff made the experience especially memorable, particularly Dyllon and Eric from maintenance. Dyllon is approachable and attentive to residents, so even everyday interactions were nice. Eric is skilled and efficient, handling maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Town Walk has been fantastic, with excellent amenities and staff. I highly recommend it.
