After traveling, that shower pressure felt heavenly. It was the best water pressure we've ever had. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Those details really do matter and are why I took the time to leave a good review. Kudos for making comfort a priority in a busy city.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the front office staff were nice. They even had turkey sausage, which is a rare find at hotel continental breakfasts. The only downside is paying $10 a day for parking. It's a nominal fee, but still worth mentioning.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We were mostly undisturbed by air traffic until at least 0100. The location is ho-hum and hard to find in the dark even with GPS. The airport shuttles listed by travel vendors are useful, but allow extra time if you're flying from the international terminal. They drop you at the domestic terminal, where you have to catch another shuttle for the 10-15 minute ride to international. That service is slow, so be ready to wait 30 minutes.

The car trouble made this an awful stay. Our room floor felt sticky when we arrived, and when we woke the next morning, our entire tank of gas had been siphoned. I told the front desk and their first response was, “Parking is at your own risk.” That's a wild answer when guests have to pay to park in their “secure lot.” I wasn't expecting them to replace the gas, but a policy change or security guard might help prevent this happening again. I asked for a manager to call since he wasn't in yet. When he did, he acted as if it was a bother that a crime had happened on their property. No apology or empathy from anyone. You could speculate they're in on the take. After 12 hours on the road, I arrived just before midnight and stood at the desk for five minutes while two women finished a personal conversation. Then they came out and treated me poorly. Everyone I dealt with acted like my presence and need for a room were an inconvenience. You'll hear planes taking off all night. There's no white noise machine, the insulation is horrible, and you won't sleep here. It's near the airport, sure, but they've done nothing to reduce the noise. Check the reviews: they don't make changes, just apologize for falling short and move on to the next customer's money. The usual experience seems to be break-ins, theft, bad service, nasty smells, and even nastier attitudes. Avoid!
