For a cheap place to sleep and shower, this worked well. It's clean and comfortable, though the property is a bit rundown, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The shower is roomy, with a large head, good pressure, and plenty of hot water. The pool hasn't been usable for a while, so don't book expecting that. If you just need a comfortable, clean stop before continuing the next day, it may be worth a try.

The bathroom and tub were nasty, and the ice machine was broken. People ran in and out of rooms all night. In the morning, the man at the front desk was rude and acted like he didn't care what I was telling him. The hotel had grass grown up around it and a bad atmosphere. We travel a lot, and this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. I strongly advise against staying here.

The location was great, but the room was filthy. There were little rocks or chunks on the bedroom carpet, the bathroom floor felt sticky, and dust covered the art above the bed and the lampshades. The air conditioner rattled now and then.

The location was the sole good point. Even though I had paid in full, the reservation wasn't there, and it took a while to get us a room. The sheets had blood stains, the shower was filthy, and with it 95 outside, the air conditioner was off. It took five hours to cool the room to a comfortable 75. At 8:00 a.m. the next morning, someone knocked and said we had to check out by 9, despite having paid for two nights. The room phone didn't work, and neither did the mini fridge. I got the checkout issue sorted by calling on my cell, then came back after being out for the day and found we were locked out. NEVER EVER EVER recommending this. I'm going to ask Hotels.com to remove it from their site, since it leaves a big black mark on them.
