The walls were paper thin, there was a smoke smell, and the guests next door kept us up all night. After we called the desk, the woman checked on them and called my mother back. She laughed at her, took their word that they'd just woken up, then told us we were lying because they'd been there multiple nights. Apparently that made them honest and us liars. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I never write reviews like this, but this time I'm making an exception.

A decent enough desk lady, and a fair room, but the cleaner had left candy and wrappers in the drawers. The beds had mattress pads that made them very soft, and one was tilted so it felt like I might slide off. It's fine if you've driven too long and just need to sleep, assuming you can sleep. In the morning, their 'breakfast' was strong coffee, milk, juice, and a toaster with no bread.

There were cobwebs inside and above the window, with dead bugs caught in them. The carpet and curtains smelled awful, so I had to use a lot of Lysol. The room was filthy and smelly, and the beds felt like air mattresses. Just a bad experience. Beware!

The bed was pretty awful, much too soft, the fitted sheet kept coming off, and the pillows were kind of puny. On the plus side, the queen room with a jacuzzi was nice, and I enjoyed the indoor pool. The continental breakfast was decent too, especially the pancake maker. There aren't many hotels in this area.

There's no gym, and the rooms aren't good. The walls are paper thin and guests are loud. Still, it's about the only decent place within 20 miles of Hardy.
